Eat Smart Play Hard(Fitness)
Eat Smart/Play Hard Macdill- 8 week behavior modification course consisting of nutrition, fitness, and stress management. Sessions include exercise prescription basics, portion control, food labels, cardiovascular training, fad diets and eating out tips, weight training, behavior modification strategies, flexibility, stress, and healthy food cooking demonstrations. Call for an individual appointment with the Dietitian for the first visit. 1130-1230
